This video explains how to use the Touch Align Tool to quickly create and modify sales territories in AlignMix. The Touch Align Tool allows you to draw, adjust, and reshape territories directly on the map using simple mouse movements.
How the Touch Align Tool works
To create a new sales territory, click and hold the left mouse button and draw directly on the map. You can then refine the territory by clicking and dragging the borders to reshape it in real time. This makes it easy to build territories from scratch or adjust existing ones without manual data edits.
Respecting state boundaries
When drawing territories, you can hold down the Ctrl key to snap borders to state lines. This is especially useful when territories must remain within state boundaries and should not cross into neighboring states.
